DIRECTIONS:

From Boston or points south: Route I-95 to Exit 2 (Hampton Tolls) After the toll, get on to Route 101 W and travel west to for 5 miles to Exit 10 (Exeter-Newfields) Take a right at the end of the exit ramp on to Route 85. Follow Route 85 through Newfields for 3 ½ miles to the junction of Route 108. Turn left on to Route 108 N and travel for 1.4 miles (past Rockingham Golf Course) to Hersey Lane. Go left on Hersey Lane for 6/10 of a mile to Ladyslipper Drive on the left. Follow Ladyslipper Drive to our Model Home.

From Maine or points north: Route I-95 to exit 3B. At the end of the exit take a left on to Route 33. Follow Route 33 for 6.7 miles to the Stratham Traffic Circle. Bear right off the traffic circle on to Route 108 N (Newmarket-Durham). Stay on Route 108 N and travel for 3 miles (past Rockingham Golf Course) to Hersey Lane. Go left on Hersey Lane and travel 6/10 of a mile to Ladyslipper Drive on the left. Follow Ladyslipper Drive to our Model Home.

From Manchester or points east: Route 101 East to Exit 10 (Exeter-Newfields). Take a left at the end of the exit ramp on to Route 85.
